WaterMark certification scheme is mandatory certification to comply by all stakeholders involves in providing plumbing and drainage products to market in Australia. This Scheme is to ensure products are safe to use and do not cause adverse health effect to the consumer. The Scheme is currently managed by The Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB), and WaterMark's trademark is governed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

Testing Laboratory Roles in WaterMark Certification Scheme

 

Standardmark Laboratory provides accredited testing services on products for submitting organisations, where test report will be submitted for WaterMark Certification Scheme application. In addition, test reports issued by Standardmark Laboratory are accepted by National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA).
