Water Efficiency Labeling Scheme (WELS)

WELS has been implemented in many countries either voluntary or mandatory product certification. Nevertheless, such scheme is a value-added element to promote an eco-friendly sanitary product. 

 

The water efficiency ratings of the water fittings and products have been awarded based on laboratory test result. WELS label serves to inform consumers of the product’s water efficiency rating and the consumers will consider such element in their purchasing decision.
