PUB Approval

All water fittings such as fushing cisterns, flush valves, ipes, pipe fitting, tap, valves, for the use in potable water servies installations in Singapore shall comply with the standards and requirements stipulated by PUB. Prior PUB approval for the water fittings is not requries. it is the resposnsibility of supliers, retailers and installers to ensure complicance to the Public Utilities (Water Supply) Regulations and the Singapore Standard CP48: Code of Practice for Water Services.

Testing Laboratory Roles in Product Approval Process

Testing laboratory such as Standardmark Laboratory provides accredited testing services on products for submitting organisations, where test report will be submitted to PUB for product approval purposes. Product requires meeting SS 375 and other relevant product physical testing standard to attain PUB approval.
